Accessing Training Day Videos
All ticket-holders have 6 months of access to the four sessions that were livestreamed on Saturday, January 11, 2025. You will find all of those sessions on the REPLAY page. Once on that page, click on the "Watch Replay" button which should open the video. If the system tells you that you need to register or purchase a ticket, that means you are not logged in. In that case you will need to follow the login steps below. You do not need to purchase an additional ticket to access this content. If you have not yet purchased a ticket, you are welcome to purchase one now. All tickets give virtual access until July 15, 2025.

STEPS TO LOG IN AND ACCESS TRAINING DAY
Step 1: Visit https://2025.novatrainingday.com Note: if you are on this page, you have already completed this step.
Step 1b: Accept the Cookies--This is required to use the event platform.
Step 2: Login (upper right-hand corner) The Login menu tab may be hidden under a ... in some web or mobile browsers.
Step 3: Choose I'm an Attendee and enter your email address. This must be the email address you used to purchase your ticket.
Step 4: Instructions will pop up letting you know that you need to check your email to confirm your access.
Step 5: Click the Sign in Now button in the email you were sent.
Step 6: Complete the sign-in process back on the website. (Clicking the button in your email should take you back automatically.)
Step 7: You are Here! This drops you right into your 'My Schedule' page with direct links to all of your requested workshops
You will now find all videos on the REPLAY tab.
