Lisa Barbery is an ordained elder serving in her 14th year under appointment in the Virginia Annual Conference. She is currently the Lead Pastor at Good Shepherd UMC in Dale City. As a Certified Simple, Accountable Structure (SAS) Coach, Lisa is able to journey alongside congregations discerning and/or making the shift to this leadership model. Her passion is grounded in seeing churches stay missionally focused regardless of any challenges faced.
